Size: 164 m2 boa
Client: private
Year: 2013

On a beautiful plot in the countryside of Sigtuna the three new houses form a small village for a family with two children. The main house was constructed in the footprint of an existing house at the plot that had to be demolished because of its bad state. The upper floor contains social spaces overlooking the water in the distance and the bottom floor contains bedrooms and a generous entrance. The teenage children have their rooms in two small cottages that are placed around an organic shaped wooden terrace. The facade of the houses is of iron sulfate treated wood that gives it a beautiful grey color that harmonizes with the surrounding pine trees.
